Ingredients

  • 1 10-oz packages frozen raspberries in syrup, thawed
  • 1 1/4 cups fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • - ice cubes
  • - lemon slices, optional
  • - fresh raspberries, optional

How To Make raspberry lemonade

  • Step 1
    Puree thawed berries in processor.
  • Step 2
    Strain into pitcher, pressing on solids in strainer to extract as much liquid as possible.
  • Step 3
    Mix in lemon juice and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves.
  • Step 4
    Mix in 2 cups water.
  • Step 5
    Fill pitcher with ice. Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Fill 4 to 6 tall glasses with ice; add lemonade. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh raspberries.
