How to Make Quick & Easy Eggnog
- In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and 2 c. milk until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and spices, then add the rest of milk/cream, while whisking. Adjust sugar, spices and type of milk according to own preferences.
- Pour into a pitcher, cover, and chill in refrigerator for about 30 min. until slightly thickened. Stir well again, and serve with some extra nutmeg on top of each glassful.
