My mom and I made up this recipe at Thanksgiving; have made it several times, and the family loves it!

Ingredients
- 1 lg. box french vanilla or vanilla instant pudding mix
- 6-8 cups mixture of milk, half n half, and cream (your choice)
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice, ground
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar (your choice)
How To Make quick & easy eggnog

Step 1In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and 2 c. milk until smooth.

Step 2Add powdered sugar and spices, then add the rest of milk/cream, while whisking. Adjust sugar, spices and type of milk according to own preferences.

Step 3Pour into a pitcher, cover, and chill in refrigerator for about 30 min. until slightly thickened. Stir well again, and serve with some extra nutmeg on top of each glassful.
