• Step 1
  take pumpkin and put onto 2 lg cookie sheet and put both in oven at 250....leave in oven overnight...mix and stir several times after in oven 24 hrs turn oven off leave oven door open a little leave pumpkin in over several hrs...check to see if they dried out[ or this whole step can be eliminated by using a food dyhidrator for the pumpkin]
• Step 2
  now put pumpkin in food processor... prrocesse til a fine powder now pour into lg bowl........add all other stuff...mix well put into airtight bags... use 1/4 c per cup of coffee....... and enjoy.........gave this as x-mas gifts last yr to all family out of towm.. with a new coffee cup..
• Step 3
  NOTE: make sure pumpkin is very dry and made into powder[so ya don't get pieces when rehydrated
