The newest addition to my homemade coffee creamer series. Have fun switching out the jam flavors! Here's to a great cup of coffee. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice, ground
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon gooseberry jam (substitute raspberry, black currant, boysenberry, etc jam)
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar

How To Make "pumpkin gooseberry" cheese danish coffee creamer

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat. Whisk thoroughly for an even liquid, for about 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Lower heat to low and cover, cooking for 20-30 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Strain through a sieve (use cheesecloth as well if your jam has seeds) and pour into a ceramic creamer.
  • Step 4
    Can be used immediately in your favorite hot beverage. Chill first for use in cold beverage. Store in refrigerator.
