"Pumpkin Gooseberry" Cheese Danish Coffee Creamer
Here's to a great cup of coffee.
1 can(s)sweetened condensed milk
1 1/4 cwhole milk
1/4 tspallspice, ground
1 tspgooseberry jam (substitute raspberry, black currant, boysenberry, etc jam)
1 Tbspcream cheese
1 Tbspdark brown sugar
How to Make "Pumpkin Gooseberry" Cheese Danish Coffee Creamer
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat. Whisk thoroughly for an even liquid, for about 5 minutes.
- Lower heat to low and cover, cooking for 20-30 minutes.
- Strain through a sieve (use cheesecloth as well if your jam has seeds) and pour into a ceramic creamer.
- Can be used immediately in your favorite hot beverage. Chill first for use in cold beverage. Store in refrigerator.
