Ingredients

sweetened condensed milk
1 1/4 c
whole milk
1 Tbsp
vanilla
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/4 tsp
allspice, ground
3 Tbsp
pumpkin
1 tsp
gooseberry jam (substitute raspberry, black currant, boysenberry, etc jam)
1 Tbsp
cream cheese
1 Tbsp
dark brown sugar

How to Make "Pumpkin Gooseberry" Cheese Danish Coffee Creamer

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place all ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat. Whisk thoroughly for an even liquid, for about 5 minutes.
  • 2Lower heat to low and cover, cooking for 20-30 minutes.
  • 3Strain through a sieve (use cheesecloth as well if your jam has seeds) and pour into a ceramic creamer.
  • 4Can be used immediately in your favorite hot beverage. Chill first for use in cold beverage. Store in refrigerator.
