"pumpkin gooseberry" cheese danish coffee creamer

Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice, ground
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon gooseberry jam (substitute raspberry, black currant, boysenberry, etc jam)
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
How To Make "pumpkin gooseberry" cheese danish coffee creamer

Step 1Place all ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat. Whisk thoroughly for an even liquid, for about 5 minutes.

Step 2Lower heat to low and cover, cooking for 20-30 minutes.

Step 3Strain through a sieve (use cheesecloth as well if your jam has seeds) and pour into a ceramic creamer.

Step 4Can be used immediately in your favorite hot beverage. Chill first for use in cold beverage. Store in refrigerator.
