Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 2 quarts seltzer water, chilled
How To Make new york egg creams

Step 1Combine 2 tablespoons of the chocolate syrup and 1 ounze of half-and-half into the bottom of a soda glass.

Step 2Stir it with a long spoon to combine.

Step 3Add the cold seltzer water to the top of the glass and serve it with a cute drinking straw.

Step 4Repeat for the remaining 3 glasses. Enjoy!
