Discovered this delightful chocolatey drink,in a small soda fountain store in New York!!(i was 6 months pregnant at the time and always craving anything Chocolate)The soda jerk (thats what they were called,honest!)suggested this drink,and I've been drinking them ever since!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cocoa syrup
- 1/4 cup light cream
- 1/2 cup club soda
How To Make new york chocolate egg cream

Step 1Important!!cocoa syrup,light cream and club soda must be cold.

Step 2In tall glass,place 1/4 cup Cocoa syup,stiir in light cream to blend.Slowly pour soda down side of glass,stirring constantly.Serve immediately.makes 1 8oz serving.
