A great warm weather refresher. To sweeten for diabetics use Splenda or agave syrup.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups green tea, brewed to your liking and chilled
  • 3 - limes, juiced and strained
  • 1 - handful of fresh mint (save some for garnish)
  • - ice
  • - sweetening of your choice (optional)

How To Make mint tea mojitos

  • Step 1
    Mix all liquid ingredients together and use a wooden spoon to muddle the mint in the mixture.
  • Step 2
    Stir in ice. Sweeten as and if desired. Serve with additional mint as garnish.
