I know Christmas is over , but start thinking about making this for Valentines for friends that love hot chocolate. I made this as gifts to give away. Someone is always having a birthday or how about taking it to the office and sharing it with your co-workers.

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups non-fat dry milk
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup instant expresso powder or instant coffee granules or crystals
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice, ground
- STIR-INS
- - crushed almond toffee or finely chopped chocolate
How To Make mexican mocha mix

Step 1In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Spoon mix into decorative jar or tin. Place stir-in options in separate small plastic bags; attach to coffee mix container.

Step 2To serve, spoon 1/4 cup of mix into mug. Add 3/4 cup boiling water; stir to blend. Stir in crushed candy or chocolate.
