How to Make Maple Bacon Coffee Creamer
- In a pot, place thick cut bacon. Cook until almost crisp, drain grease.
- Then sprinkle with salt and scrape the bottom of the pan to release flavor.
- Add milk, whole and condensed, then follow with the rest of ingredients.
- Heat until almost a boil, then lower heat to simmer for 45 minutes covered.
- Strain through a cheesecloth into a ceramic creamer. Serve immediately in hot coffee or chill first for iced coffee.
