2 1/4 galcold water
How to Make Lemonade for 48
- 1. Mix lemon juice and sugar.
2. Add water, Stir until sugar is dissolved. Chill.
- Notes: Three 6-oz cans undiluted frozen lemon juice may be substituted for fresh lemon juice. Increase water to 2 1/2 gal.
Three 32-oz cans frozen lemonade concentrate, diluted 1:4 parts water, will yield 60 1-cup portions.
Lemonade makes a good base for fruit punch.
