How to Make Iced Tea Syrup


  1. Bring water to a rolling boil.
  2. Add tea & remove from heat. Cover with lid & steep for 10 minutes (or until all the good is out of the tea)
  3. Strain & add sugar while tea is still hot.
  4. Cool, pour into glass jar with tight fitting lid. Store in refrigerator.
  5. Note: This recipe can be doubled using 5 lbs of sugar.
