Makes 2 Quarts
Ingredients
- 2 quarts water
- 1/4 pound tea (loose)
- 3 pounds sugar
How To Make iced tea syrup

Step 1Bring water to a rolling boil.

Step 2Add tea & remove from heat. Cover with lid & steep for 10 minutes (or until all the good is out of the tea)

Step 3Strain & add sugar while tea is still hot.

Step 4Cool, pour into glass jar with tight fitting lid. Store in refrigerator.

Step 5Note: This recipe can be doubled using 5 lbs of sugar.
