iced dulce de leche latte
The influence of Italian cuisine in Argentina is quite strong, as is their delight in consuming all things dulce de leche. And what you get at the confluence of that is this delightful coffee drink. I use my "Cold Brewed Coffee" concentrate in this (look in my recipes here) without diluting. You can usually find cans of dulce de leche at Mexican tiendas or even Wal-Mart by the canned milk.
