hot cocoa mix
This is a recipe my mom gave me many years ago and think she got it from a lady we met while camping. It makes alot and would even be nice to divide into containers for gift baskets to share with a neighbor, co-worker or friend. This is nice for kids after an afternoon of sledding or warming up after shoveling snow. Enjoy! :)

Ingredients
- 1 Large can nestles quick
- 1) 16 oz. jars coffee creamer (dry)
- 8 quarts powdered milk (8 qt. size)
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds powdered sugar
How To Make hot cocoa mix

Step 1Mix well until blended. Store in air tight container(s).

Step 2Add directions label. Use 1/4 to 1/3 cup of mix for 8 ounces of boiling water. Say yes to marshmallows and a peppermint stick or even a dollop of whipped cream with a dash of cinnamon is nice. Enjoy! :)
