We have used this recipe for years! So easy to make and is a great little happy to give to friends in a decorated pint jar on holidays.

Ingredients

2 pounds cocoa powder mix such as nestles quik cocoa
1 pound confectioners sugar (or spenda)
1 pound coffee creamer powder
4 quarts box of dry milk powder

How To Make hot cocoa dry mix

Step 1

Mix all powders well. Store in air tight container. When ready to have a cup of hot cocoa: Heat 1 cup of water, pour in a mug and add 1/4 to 1/3 cup of powder mixture, stire and enjoy. Adjust cocoa mixture amount according to your taste. Give decorated pint jars of mixture with recipe to friends as a "happy."
