Horchata (Mexican rice milk)
1Mix rice, cinnamon stick, sugar and 2 cups of water. Let mixture soak for a minimum of 1.5 hours (I usually do overnight)
2Place mixture into blender, add rest of water and milk and blend until finely ground.
3Pour through a strainer, if it's too sweet add more water to taste.
