How to Make Homemade Instant Hot Cocoa Mix


  1. Place the nonfat dry milk in a blender or food processor and pulse until it is a fine powder.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed. Store in a jar with a tight lid.
  3. To use: Place 1/3 cup of cocoa mix into a cup and stir a little cold water into it to form a paste. Carefully fill the cup with hot water. Stir and enjoy!
