Ingredients

  • 16 ounces instant nonfat dry milk
  • 8 ounces instant nonfat dairy creamer
  • 1 1/2 cups baking cocoa
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

How To Make homemade instant hot cocoa mix

  • Step 1
    Place the nonfat dry milk in a blender or food processor and pulse until it is a fine powder.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed. Store in a jar with a tight lid.
  • Step 3
    To use: Place 1/3 cup of cocoa mix into a cup and stir a little cold water into it to form a paste. Carefully fill the cup with hot water. Stir and enjoy!
