This is my Aunt Vera's recipe and she made it for us all the time. I sometimes add a pinch of cinnamon to the batch too.

Ingredients For homemade hot cocoa mix

  • 1 lb
    nestle's quick
  • 8 qt
    box carnation (dry) milk
  • 8 oz
    creamora creamer
  • 1 1/2 c
    powdered sugar

How To Make homemade hot cocoa mix

    Sift together and mix well.

    Store in a container.

    Will last for months.

    To make hot chocolate mix 1/3 to 1/2 cup (or more if u like it really chocolaty) of mixture in a 8oz cup of hot water. CAUTION: Water needs to be very hot.
