NOTE: Do not use this remedy more than once a day, and no more than 10 days at a time. NOTE: Wild Yam root; I personally use only a little bit to counteract any type of sickness/nausea. **USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!**

How To Make herbal tea: natural remedy for morning sickness

  • Step 1
Combine all herbs with a mortar and pestle, if fresh. (If herbs are fresh, use 3 tsp. of combination. If herbs are dried, cut down to 1 tsp and just skip to step 2, disregarding the steeper.)
  • Step 2
Bring water to a boil on the stovetop or in a tea kettle. Meanwhile, put herb mixture into a NON-METALLIC tea steeper and place in deep cup.
  • Step 3
Once water comes to a boil, pour into cup and steep herbs for about 15-20 minutes. Once the time has passed, remove steeper. Drink while hot for best results.
