How to Make Herbal Tea: Natural remedy for Morning Sickness

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all herbs with a mortar and pestle, if fresh. (If herbs are fresh, use 3 tsp. of combination. If herbs are dried, cut down to 1 tsp and just skip to step 2, disregarding the steeper.)
  2. Bring water to a boil on the stovetop or in a tea kettle. Meanwhile, put herb mixture into a NON-METALLIC tea steeper and place in deep cup.
  3. Once water comes to a boil, pour into cup and steep herbs for about 15-20 minutes. Once the time has passed, remove steeper. Drink while hot for best results.
