Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sliced ginger
- 10 cups water
- 3 tablespoons coriander seeds
- 2 tablespoons cardamon seeds
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- whole cloves
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make healing almond milk tea

Step 1Bring the water and ginger to a boil in a large pot. Reduce the heat and cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 2Add the coriander, cardamom, cinnamon sticks, and cloves, and simmer an additional 20 minutes.

Step 3Strain the tea into a clean pot and discard the solids. Place back over high heat and add the milk and maple syrup. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes, then remove from heat and add the vanilla.

Step 4Serve hot or cold. Keep in the fridge for 5 days.
