Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sliced ginger
  • 10 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons coriander seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cardamon seeds
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • whole cloves
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make healing almond milk tea

  • Step 1
    Bring the water and ginger to a boil in a large pot. Reduce the heat and cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add the coriander, cardamom, cinnamon sticks, and cloves, and simmer an additional 20 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Strain the tea into a clean pot and discard the solids. Place back over high heat and add the milk and maple syrup. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes, then remove from heat and add the vanilla.
  • Step 4
    Serve hot or cold. Keep in the fridge for 5 days.
