Gourmet Chocolate Milk

This tastes remarkably similar to an egg cream without the fizz. The secret: there are three types of sugar coming together; lactose, sucrose and maltose, to give an amazing depth of flavor. Who said chocolate milk was for kids?

You'll be tempted to use whole or 2% milk. The mixture will be too rich and the sugars won't dissolve properly.
