My husband & son love Gatorade. Found a recipe in the Longview News Journal newspaper for it. Have been making it for years and it really saves a lot of money during the summer time.

How to Make Gatorade; Homemade style


  1. To a gallon pitcher, add the 1 cup very hot water. Add the kool aid, salt and sugar/splenda. Stir to dissolve.
  2. Add the orange juice.
  3. Finish filling the pitcher with cold water.
  4. Enjoy!
