gail's iced tea/hot tea
My sister thinks there is a big secret to making my tea but it's not. The main thing is not to get it too sweet and mix it while it's hot. This tea seems to be just right.

Ingredients
- 5 cups water divided
- 3 - lipton, tea bags, regular size
- slight 2/3 cup sugar, just below 2/3 cup mark
How To Make gail's iced tea/hot tea

Step 1Bring 2 1/2 cups water to boil in small saucepan

Step 2Add 3 regular sized Lipton Tea Bags. Let boil for 3 minutes.

Step 3Cover and let steep for 1-2 minutes.

Step 4Add sugar to 2 qt pitcher.

Step 5Pour in hot tea. Stir well.

Step 6Add the remaining 2 1/2 cups of water. Stir well.

Step 7Cover until ready to serve over ice and lemon, if desired. Good as a cup of hot tea, too!
