    1 quart milk or vanilla soymilk

    1 cup canned pumpkin
  • ·
    1/4 cup sugar
  • ·
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • ·
    1 tsp. vanilla
  • ·
    whipped cream, optional

How to Make Drink Your Pumpkin Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. In large pan, stir together milk, pumpkin, sugar and nutmeg. Heat through. Do not boil. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
  2. Ladle into mugs. If desired, top with a spoonful of whipped cream. Makes 6 servings.
