this is really good in winter. i have taken it to family get reunions and church dinners and never any left.i do double or triple for large reunions.i did add an item or 2 to this recipe.

    apple juice
  • 2
    cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 3 c
    pineapple juice
  • 1/3 c
    honey
  • 1 large
    peppermint stick
  • 1 small
    bag red hots or
  • 1 small
    bag of fireballs

Step-by-Step

  1. combine all in large pot, bring to boil,reduce heat to simmer.remove cinnamon sticks, and fireball candy after the heat is gone.serve hot,or warm to children.
