  • 4 c
    cold water , divided
  • 8 tsp
    splenda blend, granulated
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice

How to Make Diabetic Cantaloupe Aqua Fresca

Step-by-Step

  1. Process cantaloupe and 1 cup water in a blender just long enough to make a coarse pulp; pour into a large pitcher.
  2. Add remaining 3 cups water, SPLENDA blend, and lime juice, stirring until sweetener dissolves.
  3. Serve over crushed ice. Garnish, if desired.
