Ingredients

4 cups skim milk
1 package jell-o sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix (4-serving size)
1/2 teaspoon rum extract
1/4 cup cool whip lite
dash ground nutmeg

How To Make chocolate eggnog

Step 1

In a blender container, combine skim milk, dry pudding mix and rum extract.

Step 2

Cover and blend on HIGH 20 to 30 seconds.
Step 3

Pour into 4 glasses. Top each with 1 tablespoon Cool Whip Lite. Lightly sprinkle nutmeg over Cool Whip Lite.
