Chicha Morada drink

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbpurple corn

2 lbpeelings from cooking apples
-
1 largepineapple(peelings from pineapple)

4key limes
-
1 csugar ( or,to taste)

4cloves (whole)
How to Make Chicha Morada drink
- Bring to a boil the well washed apple and pineapple peelings, red/purple corn and cloves with 3 quarts water.
Simmer for half an hour.
Strain. - Repeat simmering process with same ingredients and 3 quarts clean water.
- Strain and mix both liquids.
- Add sugar and lime juice.
Serve chilled. - Note:
Add sugar and key lime to beverage only when ready to use.
Before adding sugar and key it can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days
