If you don't need it to be diabetic you can replace the creamer with whipping cream for extra richness.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sugar free, low fat coffee creamer
  • 1 tablespoon dark unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cherry extract or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond ectract or to taste
  • 16 ounces fresh brewed coffee. your favorite
  • 2 tablespoons splenda or to taste

How To Make cherry mocha coffee, diabetic

  • Step 1
    Warm the creamer in the microwave add it to 1 or 2 cups. Add the cocoa powder and stir to mix as much as you can at this stage.
  • Step 2
    Mix in the extracts and stir. Pour in the hot coffee and add the sweetener to you likeing and mix well.
  • Step 3
    Enjoy.
