Ingredients
- 3 ounces lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 ounce kumquat juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
- soda water
- twist of lime, garnish
- sprig of mint, garnish
How To Make chanh so da (vietnamese limeade)

Step 1Put the juices and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Muddle to crush the sugar.

Step 2Add crushed ice and soda water to taste. Shake well for 10 seconds.

Step 3Strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with the twist and mint sprig.
