Toasted Marshmallow Shake

Ingredients

·1 bag jumbo marshmallows, 16 oz

·2 cups whole milk
-
·2 cups creamy vanilla ice cream

·1 tbsp. sour cream
How to Make Toasted Marshmallow Shake
- Preheat broiler
- Reserve 4 marshmallows for garnish. Spread out remaining marshmallows on baking sheet in single layer. Put sheet under broiler and cook, stirring once or twice, til completely charred, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- Repeat with remaining 4 marshmallows but cook just til toasted slightly golden, about 1 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
- Add milk, ice cream, sour cram and burnt marshmallows to a blender. Blend for 5 minutes. Pour into four 8 oz. glasses and garnish each glass with a golden marshmallow. Serves 4
