vanilla reduced fat ice cream, softened
2/3 c
canned pumpkin
1/3 c
canned milk fat free
1/4 c
brown sugar packed
3/4 tsp
pumpkin pie spice
4 tsp
graham cracker crumbs (optional)
3 Tbsp
frozen reduced calorie whipped topping thawed

How to Make Pumpkin Pie Shake


  • 1Place first 5 ingredients in a blender, process until smooth. Pour 3/4 cup ice cream mixture into each of 4 glasses. Top each with 1 teaspoon graham cracker crumbs, if desired, and about 2 teaspoons whipped topping. Sprinkle additional pumpkin spice on top if desired.
