midday pick~me~up (frozen pb chocolate coffee)

This is an easy quick cold summer drink I enjoy when I have a sweettooth, or when I need a midday pick me up. If your not a fan of peanutbutter (I Love it), just use plain chocolate, both are very good for this drink.

Ingredients

  • 3 - scoops chocolate peanutbutter icecream (or chocolate)
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee room temp
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • WHIPPED TOPPING
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, cold
  • 3 tablespoons coffee liqueur (or chocolate)
  • - cocoa powder (optional)

How To Make midday pick~me~up (frozen pb chocolate coffee)

  • Step 1
    In a blender combine icecream coffees and heavy cream and blend til nice and smooth. Pour into tall glass.
  • Step 2
    For whipped topping add cold heavy cream to cold bowl using hand mixer whipped for about a min. Add liqueur or flavoring and whip til soft peaks form. Top frozen drink, dust with cocoa (optional) Add straw and enjoy!
