4 t. malt powder

2 cups milk

4 scoops chocolate ice cream

1 cup whipped cream

chocolate shavings
How To Make iced chocolate

1Beat the malt powder and milk in a medium bowl until well mixed. Put 2 scoops of ice cream into each of 2 tall glasses. Pour the milk over the ice cream and top with a generous spoonful of cream. Top with chocolate shavings. Serve at once. Serves 2 The Golden Book of Chocolate
