This is the basic version of plain German ice coffee, which is kind of like a soda float, just with coffee instead of soda. You can sweeten your coffee, if you like, but the plain version just uses black unsweetened coffee.

Ingredients For ice coffee

  • 1 c
    strong coffee, cold
  • 1 scoop
    vanilla icecream
  • whipped cream, for garnish

How To Make ice coffee

  • 1
    Fill the cold coffee into a tall glass.

    Add 1 scoop of vanilla icecream.

    Top with whipped cream to taste. Serve.
