This is the basic version of plain German ice coffee, which is kind of like a soda float, just with coffee instead of soda. You can sweeten your coffee, if you like, but the plain version just uses black unsweetened coffee.

- 1 cup strong coffee, cold
- 1 scoop vanilla icecream
- whipped cream, for garnish
How To Make ice coffee

Step 1Fill the cold coffee into a tall glass.

Step 2Add 1 scoop of vanilla icecream.

Step 3Top with whipped cream to taste. Serve.
