ice chocolate
Updated on May 30, 2020
This is the classic German ice chocolate, i.e. cold cocoa with vanilla icecream and whipped cream. Like a soda float with coco instead of soda. And yes, traditionally, the cocoa is not sweetened because the sweet icecream dissolves slowly and adds sweetness, but if you don't like that, of course you can sweeten it to taste.
