Ingredients

  • CREAM OF SALTED BUTTERSCOTCH
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup butterscotch syrup
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • MILKSHAKE
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 4 butter pecan ice cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup butterscotch ice cream topping
  • 4 teaspoons sea salt,divided
  • 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch syrup

How To Make salted butterscotch milkshake

  • Step 1
    To make Cream of Salted Butterscotch,melt margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat.Combine heavy cream,butterscotch syrup and sea salt,stir for 5 minutes or until blended.
  • Step 2
    Remove from heat.Pour into medium bowl and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Step 3
    In a blender,combine vanilla and butter pecan ice creams,milk,butterscotch ice cream topping,2 teaspoons sea salt and brown sugar,blend for 5 minutes.Add cream of salted butterscotch.Blend again until smooth.Pour into glasses and serve.
  • Step 4
    Drizzle butterscotch syrup inside the large drinking glass and little season with remaining sea salt.Repeat on every glasses.
  • Step 5
    Pour into prepared glasses and serve.
