  • 1 6-oz
    basket fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 c
    whole milk
  • 1/4 c
    malted milk powder
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 c
    vanilla ice cream
  • 1 small
    scoop raspberry sorbet

How to Make Double-Raspberry Malt


  1. Set aside 4 raspberries for garnish.
  2. Combine remaining raspberries, milk, malted milk powder, and sugar in blender; blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice cream; blend until smooth, stopping once or twice to scrape down sides of blender, if necessary.
  4. Pour malted shake into fluted soda-fountain-style glass.
  5. Top with sorbet.
  6. Garnish malt with reserved berries.
