Ingredients

2 ounces semisweet chocolate
1/3 cup chocolate-flavored sprinkles
1 cup chocolate ice cream
2 ounces (1/4 cup) irish cream liqueur
1 ounce (2 tablespoons) dark cream de cacao
1 ounce (2 tablespoons) vodka
- chocolate curls or grated chocolate

How To Make chocolate blitzen

Step 1

Heat chocolate over low heat in heavy saucepan until melted. Dip the rims of 8 shot glasses in the melted chocolate and then dip them into the sprinkles. Chill the shot glasses.

Step 2

Combine the ice cream, Irish cream, cream de cocao and vodka in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 3

Pour ice cream mixture into the chilled shot glasses. Garnish with the chocolate curls if desired. 4 points per shot glass
