Found this recipe in my Semi-Homemade cookbook,I plan on making this soon,I love eggnog.

  • 4 c
  • 1 c
    white baking morsels,(nestle)
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp
    rum extract
  • ·
    whipped topping (cool whip)
  • ·
    ground nutmeg
  • ·
    grated white chocolate bar (optional)

How to Make White Chocolate Eggnog


  1. In a medium saucepan,combine 1 cup eggnog and the white chocolate morsels.Cook over medium heat,stirring constantly,until morsels have completely melted.Stir in remaining 3 cups eggnog,
    the vanilla extract,rum extract.Cook until heated
    through,stirring constantly.Pour into mugs.Top with
    a spoonful of whipped topping and a dash of nutmeg.
    Garnish with white chocolate baking bar shavings(optional)
  2. Note:For an adult version,add a shot of spiced rum(Captain Morgan) and/or a shot of white chocolate liquer(Godiva)to each serving.
