1In a medium saucepan,combine 1 cup eggnog and the white chocolate morsels.Cook over medium heat,stirring constantly,until morsels have completely melted.Stir in remaining 3 cups eggnog,
the vanilla extract,rum extract.Cook until heated
through,stirring constantly.Pour into mugs.Top with
a spoonful of whipped topping and a dash of nutmeg.
Garnish with white chocolate baking bar shavings(optional)
