I had Wassail when in PA, and it was very good. Don't know where mother in law found this, but had to save it since I remember how much I enjoyed it!

Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 8 allspice berries
- 10 cloves
- 1/2 inch piece of ginger
- 4 cups orange juice
- 2 cups lemon juice
- 2 quarts apple juice
How To Make wassail, sandy

Step 1Combine sugar and water in large pot. Boil 5 min. Remove from heat and add spices.

Step 2Cover, keep warm 1 hour, then strain out the spices. Add juices and return to a boil. Then serve warm.
