Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    instant coffee granules (reg. or decaf)
  • 1/2 c
    packed light brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    orange peel (if using fresh, you'll want to store the mix in the fridge)
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    allspice
  • 3/4 tsp
    nutmeg
  • ·
    whipped cream and grated chocolate, to serve
  • ADULT VERSION

  • ·
    brandy or coffee liqueur , to taste

How to Make Viennese Coffee Mix

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together. (If using fresh grated orange peel/zest, keep mixture in fridge.)
  2. To serve - add 2 teaspoons of mixture in cup; add boiling water, stir. Garnish with whipped cream and some grated chocolate.
