How to Make Tea to Reduce Irritability & Anger


  1. Make an infusion with the above ingredients by adding it all together and allowing it to steep 10-15 minutes then pour through a strainer
  2. For use: Drink 1-3 cups of tea per day, a few days a week. Or you can take 1-3 droppersful of the tincture per day, a few days a week.
  3. to make a tinture just barely cover the herb with boiling water and steep 20 minutes then strain
