Ingredients For spiced brazilian mocha

2 cfresh strong brewed coffee

1square unsweetened chocolate, chopped

sweeten as you like

1 tspground cinnamon

1/4 tspannatto or to taste

1/2 cmilk dairy or other

1 1/2 tsppure vanilla extract

whipped topping - optional
How To Make spiced brazilian mocha

1Mix coffee and chocolate in a heavy saucepan. Heat on very low temperature until chocolate is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly to blend.

2Add sugar and spices and bring just to a boil while continuing to stir.

3When it starts to bubble gradually add milk and vanilla, stirring until well blended.

4Continue to heat until it's where you want it (I like it good and warm but not very hot)

5Pour into cups and top with whipped topping if using. Garnish with a light sprinkling of additional cinnamon and annatto mix if desired.
