- CARAMEL SAUCE
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon flaked sea salt
- STEAMER
- 2 cups whole milk
- whipped cream for serving
How To Make salted caramel steamer

Step 1Caramel Sauce In a small pan cook the sugar with the butter over medium heat without stirring.until amber colored. About 6 minutes.

Step 2Carefully stir in the cream, the mixture will bubble. Cook until thickened about 2 minutes. Stir in the vanilla and salt.

Step 3In another pan add the milk and cook until bubbles form around the edge of the pan. Remove from heat.

Step 4Place 2 tbsp caramel in a mug. Pour in milk. Top with whipped cream. Drizzle more caramel over whipped cream
