Creamy and scrumptious. I used strong espresso and loved it that way. While it's perfect in winter it's every bit as enjoyable on a windy, rainy, spring day.

- 1 can (370 ml) fat-free evaporated milk, hot
- 1 1/2 cups coffee, hot
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- - whipped cream, sweetened
- - butterscotch chips. garnish
How To Make rich caramel latte

Step 1Place first 3 ingredients in blender. Whizz until smooth and butterscotch chips are melted.
