Daisy strengthens the appetite and the metabolism. It stimulates the digestion and can also allay coughs. daisy tea can help against swollen feet because of it's diureting effects.

How to Make Red Clover tea


  • 1Mix the dried Clover flowers with hot Water add Daisy petals and Honey to taste
  • 21 Daisy bud with leaf or a Cinnamon stick for garnish Place the flowers and petals in a
    gauze wrap or tea ball and steep for 15 minutes. Remove and flavor with honey.
