pumpkin hazelnut hot chocolate
Have I mentioned that I adore hot chocolate? It's wonderful and this is another amazing way to enjoy it. For non=alcoholic just use hazelnut syrup in place of the Frangelico.

Ingredients
- 2 cups milk (any kind)
- 2 tablespoons dark cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons frangelico liqueur
- 1 small pinch of kosher salt
- - sweetening as and if desired
- - whipped cream for topping
- - more pumpkin pie spice and ground or finely choped hazelnuts - optional
How To Make pumpkin hazelnut hot chocolate

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a sauce pot over medium heat. Whisk and bring to a simmer.

Step 2Pour into mugs once hot and top with whipped cream.

Step 3If desired top with a light sprinkle of more pumpkin pie spice and ground or finely chopped hazelnuts.
