PB Reindeer Cookie Coffee

Lisa G. Sweet Pantry Gal

Hey Santa gets Hot Cocoa. Reindeers need fuel and protein.
The star of this recipe is the Peanut Butter creamer, sooo good! I found peanut butter coffee and feel in love. One thing They dont always carry and very expensive. Thats what gave Me the idea of this creamer. I recently discovered this peanut powder loaded with protein. I use for smoothies, baking and of course coffee recipes.

You can use immediatly for latte or cool and put in containers and store in refrigerater for up to a week or so.
  2. I make My own vanilla sugar using vanilla beans and sugar and keeping in a ceramic container. You can also use any sweetener with a few drops of vanilla. The vanilla gives it that cookie flavor.
