How to Make OMG!! Pumpkin Spice Coffee

Step-by-Step

  1. Fill the basket of coffee pot with coffee (as strong as you want it) I do about 4 heaping scoops for a 8-10 cup pot. Add to ground coffee, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger and salt.
Add water to coffee pot. Add vanilla to the water.
    Brew the coffee
  2. When the coffee is done, shake the liquid creamer in the container really hard. (This is to add frothiness to the top of coffee) (I know, I need a cappuccino machine, fingers crossed for Christmas, lol)
Pour into coffee cup and then pour your coffee into cup
  3. *Relax and Enjoy!

NOTE: Along with being super yummy, this coffee is actually really good for you!! Cinnamon has antioxidants and can help regulate blood sugar and lower cholesterol. Ginger has antioxidants equal to spinach and its still being researched but it may even help with nausea and help with pain.
Allspice can have anti-inflammatory properties and antioxidants.
Nutmeg is another super food. It has antibacterial properties, it can help ward off Alzheimer's disease, aid in digestion, help combat asthma, used as an aphrodisiac!! and also used to relax muscles.
Who knew that coffee is so good for you???? SO drink up and enjoy the sweet knowledge that you are doing something good for your body.
