    thyme, leaves

    lavender flower

  • 2 Tbsp
    sage
  • 1/2 tsp
    catnip
  • 1 tsp
    lemon balm
  • 1 Tbsp
    rosemary, dried
  • 1/2 tsp
    rosemary, dried

    strainer
  • 1
    cauldron pot
  • 1
    teapot
  • 1
    wooden spoon

How to Make Ms. Anonymous's All Healing Tea!

Step-by-Step

  1. pour 4 cups of water into a cauldron pot and boil.
  2. While the water boils, chop all herbs until very small.
  3. Measure the chopped herds into what the recipe says, then put them in the water, and stir with wooden spoon.
  4. When done boiling, pour the concoction into a teapot through a strainer.
  5. Add milk and/or honey if you want, then ENJOY! :)
